Educational Qualification for AIESL Recruitment 2023
1) Executive Finance – Senior Level
A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience as a CA or ICWA, or 15 years of finance experience in a reputable company as an MBA, CA, or ICWA (Inter) are required of the candidate. The person must have completed the company’s annual and quarterly financial reports and have a solid understanding of its tax issues.
The engagement would be on an FTE basis for a period of five years, extendable in accordance with the company’s needs and the candidate’s performance.
Upper age limit:
- 45 years for General candidates
- 48 years for OBC Candidates
- 50 years for SC/ ST Candidates
2) Executive Finance – Level II
A minimum of 07 years of post-qualification experience as a CA/ICWA or 12 years of finance experience in a reputable company as an MBA, CA, or ICWA (Inter) is required of the candidate. The person must have completed the company’s annual and quarterly financial reports and have a solid understanding of its tax issues.
For a maximum of five years, the engagement would be on an FTE basis and could be extended based on the candidate’s performance and the company’s needs.
Upper age limit:
- 40 years for General candidates
- 43 years for OBC Candidates
- 45 years for SC/ ST Candidates
3) Executive Finance
A CA/ICWA with at least five years of post-qualification experience or a CA/ICWA (Inter) MBA with ten years of finance experience in a reputable company is required of the candidate. The preference will go to the candidate who has worked in the aviation or maintenance repair industry and has experience with SAP or ERP.
Based on the candidate’s performance and the company’s needs, the engagement could be extended for an additional five years on an FTE basis.

- 40 years for SC/ST Candidates
4) Junior Executive – Finance
Candidates should have at least three years of post-qualification experience in finance at a reputable company and be Inter Chartered Accountants, Inter Cost and Management Accountants, or full-time MBA students at a recognized university or institute. Proficiency is required for vendor and employee-related payments and statutory payments such as ESIC, PF, Welfare fund, Professional Tax, and GST, among others.
The applicant with prior work experience in SAP/ERP and the aviation/MRO industry will be given preference.

- 30 years for General candidates
- 35 years for SC/ ST Candidates
5) Assistant Manager – Finance
